Lost my save AFTER backing up.

Forewarning: DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME OR SPEND MONEY UNTIL THEY FIX BACKING UP YOUR SAVE!!!

I had to backup and restore my 6+ to update to iOS 9. I heard stories of players losing their save but I took the precaution of backing up since THERE IS NO CLOUD SAVE. Found out your save EVEN AFTER BACKUP is GONE! I spent money buying gems and my save is gone. I hope they can do something about this because I enjoy this game but it wont be worth investing my time to play if my save is NOT BACKED UP.
